Responsibilities
Artfully garnishing dishes to enhance visual appeal.
Effectively communicating with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of cold dishes with hot dishes.
Collaborating with other cooks to maintain kitchen efficiency.
Collaborating with Chefs and other kitchen staff to align cold dishes with overall menu plans.
(This might depend upon the head chef including them in the creation)
Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
