Develop the social media presence with a particular focus on: Keeping the social media channels updated, ideally daily Encouraging others to comment on the posts and share them with others Increasing the number of followers on the website and Facebook posts Setting, working towards, and reporting on social media objectives and targets Complying with and utilizing contemporary human resource management practices, including workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity, and anti-discrimination policies Relevant fields include: Administration & Office Management, Marketing, Media & Communications, Writing & Editing Suitable for Centrelink Volunteers, Skilled Volunteers, Work Experience Commitment Regular - more than 6 months Training Orientation Time required Hours are negotiable Requirements Working with Children Check Skills required: Demonstrated experience working with social media Strong understanding of the current social media landscape, trends, and engagement strategies Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and internet research Experience in marketing and promotions is desirable Reliability in completing work within necessary time frames
