* Grade 2 Pharmacist
* Full time, permanent role
Applications are sought from suitably qualified hospital pharmacists looking to expand their careers by working in the Pharmacy team at Echuca Regional Health. This role involves working across all areas, including Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Surgical Ward, Rehabilitation, and Outreach Pharmacy Services.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Work as a member of a multidisciplinary pharmacy team to provide clinical pharmacy services across the organization
* Participate in ongoing education and training
* Lead and participate in quality improvement activities and projects
* Attend mandatory meetings as required
* Maintain core clinical competence specific to the practice area
* Participate in weekend and on-call rosters
Qualifications/Experience Required
* Minimum Bachelor of Pharmacy
* Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA
* Proven experience as a hospital pharmacist
