Overview
As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, providing day-to-day support to the People team and our Projects in Australia and Projects in South Africa & Botswana (Expats).
Responsibilities
* Managing personnel files and pre-employment checks
* Helping with medical bookings and specialist follow ups
* Managing a talent pool of candidates towards their start date
* Welcoming new starters to the business
* Ensuring Safety, IT, Payroll and other teams know who's on the way
* Assisting with graduate recruitment programs
* Helping manage visas for expat workers
Qualifications
* A degree in an area of Business, HR, Humanities or similar
* Great communication skills, previous customer service experience
* Admin skills, Excel, Oracle exposure would be great
* Passion to learn Recruitment, Onboarding & Mobilisation
