**The Role - Training Provider Services Specialist**

Reporting to the CEO, the Training Provider Services Specialist is responsible for assisting IICT Training Providers and assessing new modalities. The role will be at the forefront of ensuring overall support and training advice for businesses is provided.
**As a Training Provider Services Specialist, you will**:
- Developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with IICT Training Providers and Training Provider leads
- Support Training Providers to maintain high-quality standards of training
- Maintain knowledge of Industry best practices by conducting industry research, ensuring businesses are meeting statutory obligations under training legislation, regulations, and guidelines
- Liaising with IICT's international insurance partners for course approval

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Experience or qualification(s) in training and assessment
- Highly organised, with an eye for detail
- Experience or interest in natural therapies is essential
- Strong administration, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communications skills, verbal, and written
- Knowledge of the process required to develop a training course
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Proficiency using CRM
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- A mature approach to work with the capacity to have an informative discussion
- Curious and open mindset
