About the Role:
The Office Administrator will be based at our Treeby Parklands Care Community and work on a casual basis. The key responsibilities include ensuring the sales and admissions process runs smoothly, conducting tours of the facility, building meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the implementation of approved marketing events, assisting with client services and general enquiries, and supporting recruitment processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong organisational and time management skills, and be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance.
