The DXC Global Partnerships Lead – Canberra - is a senior strategic role responsible for leading the development and execution of global and regional (APJ) partnership strategies, with a primary focus on the Australian Federal Government.
This role is pivotal in shaping DXC's market presence through high-impact alliances, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
The position requires strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners, with influence extending from Canberra to global leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Development & Management – Identify, initiate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships aligned with DXC's global and regional growth objectives, with a strong emphasis on the federal government sector.Growth Program Leadership & Execution – Design and implement growth programs that leverage partnerships to drive public sector customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue generation.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence – Act as a central connector across internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.Market Analysis & Chance Identification – Monitor government policy, procurement trends, and industry developments to identify new partnership and growth opportunities.Revenue Generation & Business Impact – Drive top-line growth through partnership-led initiatives with a strong focus on quantifiable outcomes and ROI.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.8+ years of relevant IT&T; experience, including 5+ years in a strategic alliances or GTM leadership role with a global leader.Proven experience working with or within the Australian Federal Government.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in a relevant field.Certifications such as Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP) or Certified Business Leader (CBL).
