Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Administrator to support delivery across the Finance Program streams. This role will be predominately focused on finance-related activities, with flexibility to support other areas of the Program as required during the contract term. You will play a key role in supporting the successful deployment and adoption of TechnologyOne Connected Intelligence Anywhere (CiA), providing expert advice, developing governance and change processes, and uplifting capability within the Program team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist finance systems advice and support to the Finance Team
* Develop and document processes to support finance system deployment activities
* Upskill Program team members in TechnologyOne CiA, including XLOne functionality
* Establish and maintain a change management process for TechnologyOne CiA
* Develop testing materials, scripts and related artefacts
* Participate in and support deployment activities, as required
Key Deliverables
* Development and documentation of a Change Management Strategy for TechnologyOne CiA
* Establishment of a TechnologyOne CiA Centre of Excellence within the Program
* Delivery of TechnologyOne CiA XLOne training, development and ongoing support
* Contribution to activities supporting the overall deployment program
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Extensive hands‐on experience with TechnologyOne CiA, particularly the Finance module
* Proven experience implementing or supporting Financial Management Solutions
* Experience using multiple software applications to support finance and reporting functions
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
