ProClean NT is looking for motivated and reliable Casual Cleaners to join our growing team! As a Cleaner with ProClean, you'll be at the heart of what we do—helping to keep homes and businesses sparkling clean and hygienic. You'll work alongside a friendly, professional crew, taking on various cleaning tasks that make a real difference to our clients.
About You You're someone who takes pride in your work and understands the importance of a clean, well-presented space. Ideally, you've had some experience in cleaning, but more importantly, you're reliable, detail-oriented, and happy to work independently. You communicate well, bring a positive attitude to each job, and are comfortable with physical tasks.
Flexibility with hours and travel is key, and having your transport and a Certificate II in Cleaning Services is a bonus (but not a dealbreaker).
Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to client specifications.
Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and are well-maintained.
Follow company guidelines and checklists to ensure quality and consistent service.
Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
Occasionally assist with specialised cleaning tasks based on client needs (e.g., carpet cleaning, window washing).
Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the assignment.
