Account Partner - Mulesoft Prof Services
Salesforce seeks a proven Account Partner to sell Professional Services offerings to strategic customers, driving significant business value from their Salesforce investment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional enterprise and commercial skills, demonstrating high energy and strong sales experience.
About the Role
This role requires earning customer trust as a trusted advisor, understanding and managing customer lifecycles to drive adoption through sales activity for new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed Professional Services Sales growth and bookings, ensuring organisational health and customer satisfaction goals as a regional leader.
* Utilise industry expertise to understand customer motivations, business drivers, and desired outcomes.
* Engage C-Level customers using consultative solution selling to position Salesforce as a long-term trusted advisor relationship.
* Create a compelling vision and communicate transformative solutions to generate business value.
* Develop territory and account plans, forecast accurately, build pipeline, and progress opportunities to deliver Professional Services revenue growth.
* Sell as a team, forming relationships with License Sales and regional Alliances/Partner organisations.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota.
* 5+ years experience selling and/or delivering professional services for a strategic consulting firm or large scale system integrator. Experience with Mulesoft is an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships as a trusted advisor.
* Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($1M+).
