Who we're looking for: An experienced Procurement Manager to lead, own and manage the provision of procurement services, including planning, development, sourcing, contracts, and risk management.
This role will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and develop and implement strategies to support the needs of FleetPartners.
This position is based in Sydney, Australia.ResponsibilitiesCentralise the group approach to supplier management for direct spendLeverage purchasing power to enhance pricing and rebate outcomesCreate and implement strategies (including a group-wide procurement framework) to ensure cost-effective procurement and high-quality goods and servicesEvaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendorsManage the end-to-end procurement process from purchase requests to receipt and approval of goodsManage the purchasing budget and ensure procurement activities stay within financial constraintsAnalyse market trends to forecast demand and mitigate risksEnsure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws and regulationsCollaborate with internal departments to forecast needs and specificationsMonitor and report on key performance metrics to improve procurement efficiencyEnsure third-party supplier compliance with policies, laws and obligations within contracts and the Supplier Governance FrameworkDeliver Tender/RFP documents as requiredRequirementsExtensive experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Supply ChainKnowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and market analysisStrong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms with suppliersProficiency in analysing data and making informed decisionsAbility to write and manage RFPsExperience creating, promoting and managing a Supplier Governance FrameworkFlexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organisational needsA bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CPSM or CPMBenefitsHybrid and flexible working arrangementsUp to 27 days annual leave, inclusive of 5 additional days and 2 care daysCorporate discounts with Reward Gateway"Dress for your day" policy for all employeesPromotion and secondment opportunitiesLearning and development tools for career developmentQuarterly recognition awards based on CARE valuesAccess to Converge (Employee Assistance Program)Referral bonuses for successful hiresNext StepsIf you are successful in your application, we will be in touch with you soon.
