Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing professional to join our team in managing the sales process of thoroughbred horses. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, event coordination, or marketing and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing marketing materials and social media promotion for active stallions, organising open days, client events, and parades, responding to enquiries from breeders and clients, maintaining booking schedules and promotional calendars, and liaising with photographers, print designers, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales and marketing campaigns to promote thoroughbred horses
* Organise events to showcase thoroughbred horses to potential buyers
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
* Maintain accurate records of bookings and promotional activities
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience in sales, event coordination, or marketing
* Familiarity with agriculture, horses, or equine operations preferred
