The Opportunity
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders to deliver high‑quality management accounting, financial insights and strategic advice. You'll play a critical role in supporting planning, forecasting, compliance and performance outcomes, while building strong, consultative relationships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide proactive financial advice that supports sound decision‑making
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and periodic financial reporting across a defined portfolio
* Provide project‑based financial management, including cost control, forecasting and compliance oversight
* Apply governance frameworks, financial controls and risk management practices consistently
* Support the development of business cases and financial models to guide investment and prioritisation decisions
* Act as a trusted advisor, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights
About You
* Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, Business or similar
* CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)
* Strong management accounting, analysis and reporting experience
* Proven ability to partner with non‑finance stakeholders in complex environments
* Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach
