Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and optimise mineral processing plant operations.
- Maintain high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Support the operations team in daily plant management.
- Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
We're Looking for you to have
- Base metal and/or gold processing experience (preferred).
- Cert II in Process Plant Operations holders encouraged to apply.
- Current C Class manual driver's licence.
- Valid National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
- Proven ability to work safely and efficiently.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical & drug/alcohol screen.
About the Operation
- Underground ore crushing & flotation.
- Concentrate thickening & filtration.
- Logistics network exporting concentrate through a major WA port.
