We’re excited to welcome a dynamic and caring professional to join our Disability Services team! LINC is a not-for-profit organisation which is here to support all Lithgow residents with a broad range of support services.
We help Lithgow residents & the community as a whole to become its most connected, supportive & engaged self. We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Disability Services Coordinator to join our Disability Services team and help guide our Accommodation Team Leaders and Support Coordinators in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in nurturing great services—supporting your team, strengthening relationships, and ensuring the people we work with receive meaningful, person-centred outcomes. You’ll help keep services running smoothly and on time, balancing quality care with practical considerations such as budgets and priorities.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys leading with empathy, problem‑solving collaboratively, and managing their time well in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
