About the Oshc Coordinator Role
This is a leadership position for someone who is passionate about working with children. As an Oshc Coordinator, you will lead a team of Educators and manage a service at a primary school.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing a child-centered program that incorporates STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities to promote learning and development
* Fostering positive relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents to ensure a supportive environment
* Leading a team of Educators onsite, including roster management and staff supervision
* Managing day-to-day operations of your service, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records

* A desire to become a service leader and contribute to the growth and development of children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* A team player mentality and ability to work collaboratively with others
* Holding or willingness to obtain a national police check and state check for working with children
* Australian work rights and a relevant qualification (Diploma or higher) or willingness to undertake further study
