If you enjoy building strong customer relationships and driving account growth, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to support and grow our software solutions customers across commercial and government sectors.
The role
You'll deliver an exceptional sales experience while managing and growing a portfolio of accounts. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid flexibility (office + home).
What you'll do
* Grow revenue through new opportunities and expansion within existing accounts
* Manage tenders, contracts, and end-to-end order processes
* Partner with customers to deliver tailored Data#3 solutions
* Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Forecast revenue and manage pipelines, risk, and debtor targets
What you bring
* Minimum 2 years' experience in IT sales, ideally software licensing
* Proven success managing accounts and individual sales targets
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
