About the Role
As the Bookkeeper, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the accounting team and clients with accurate and efficient bookkeeping services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Processing payroll and superannuation
- Preparing BAS and GST compliance
- Supporting accountants with financial reporting
- Liaising directly with clients to provide bookkeeping support and resolve queries
What You Will Bring
- The successful Bookkeeper will be proactive, accurate, and confident working across multiple client files.
- Proven bookkeeping experience within a practice or corporate workplace
- Strong knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
- Experience with BAS preparation and payroll processing
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
