Key Responsibilities:
Manage a growing portfolio of rental properties with care and professionalism
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports
Handle leasing, arrears, and maintenance coordination
Maintain compliance with legislation and company standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Proficiency with property management software (e.g., PropertyMe or similar)
