Overview
Central Coast Grammar School is a leading K-12 independent, coeducational and nondenominational school situated on a single 18 hectare campus near Erina. This is a full-time permanent leadership position to implement and manage all aspects of the K-6 Creative Arts Syllabus in Music. A newly created role to drive the school’s music program in line with its strategic direction.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of the K-6 Creative Arts Syllabus in Music.
- Demonstrate high standards of teaching, with evidence of strong student outcomes across Years K-6.
- Provide leadership within the Music Department; previous leadership experience would be advantageous.
- Support digital literacy and adapt teaching to diverse learning needs.
- Contribute to the school’s strategic direction and ethos; engage in administrative tasks with flexibility and adaptability.
- Involve with whole-school programs, including Outdoor Education and cocurricular activities.
Qualifications
- Appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation in NSW.
- Evidence of high-level student outcomes across Years K-6.
- A high standard of competency, proficiency and innovation as a classroom teacher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent administrative skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to the strategic direction and ethos of the school.
- Previous leadership experience in a Music Department is advantageous.
- Highly proficient skills in digital literacy and the capacity to cater for different learning needs.
