As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences from the moment guests arrive at our hotel. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, assigning rooms, and resolving any issues that may arise.
This role requires a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering transformative guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our clientele
* Managing the end-to-end guest experience and handling check-in and check-out tasks
* Contacting relevant individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems

* 2+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
