This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.Our client is currently seeking a Data Migration Developer to contribute to the construction of services for a Learning Management System and integration of teaching products, providing high-quality services to key stakeholders across the organisation. To be successful in this role, you will have experience with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle and Microsoft Databases, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving good technology and software development practices.What you'll bring to the role:Experience with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle and Microsoft Databases.Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements to data insights effectively.Experience with business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Gliffy, Lucidchart).Experience working within Agile as well as Traditional (waterfall) environments.Understanding of XML and JSON.Demonstrated experience analysing existing application processes and designing and implementing improvements.Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Experience with effective cross-functional team relationships to develop and deliver effective business solutions.Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence, and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.Experience with web development using a framework such as Ruby on Rails / .Net.Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and technologies.Experience developing using Object Oriented design, Service Oriented Architecture and API design is highly regarded.HOW TO APPLY:Please submit your resume for consideration via the appropriate link.
