Key Responsibilities include: Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls via digital call switchboard. Answer, screen, forward Phone calls and queries for the Business Managing /Responding / forwarding the daily emails Delivering assistance in a polite, clear, well-spoken and calm manner in all circumstances Performing routine clerical duties as required by the Manager Office administration, Data Entry, Book Keeping S kills we are looking for: Someone with experience in a Hospital or a Health Organisation would be advantageous Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners. Well presented, hardworking and enjoys helping people. Possess great written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Photoshop. Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
