Key Functions
* Perform a broad range of administration duties including:
o Manage a busy reception desk
o Answer and redirect calls
o Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork
o Conduct follow‐up requests and make reminder calls for visits
* Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including the preparation of medical records
* Perform Health Fund Checks as required
* Manage the collection of excesses/co‐payments
* Coordinate with staff from other departments
* Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
About You
You will be professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a patient‐centric focus with highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
* Works well independently and within a team
* Flexible to work a variety of shifts – early/late shifts & weekend work
* WebPas Hospital system experience (Desired)
