Senior Project Manager - Cyber Security
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver multiple cyber-related projects within our ICT cyber security environment.
* This is a 12-month contract with excellent extension options.
* Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance required.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will manage, deliver and monitor projects that may have an organisation-wide impact. They will develop, manage and implement project plans and schedules in accordance with our project management framework and consider project interdependencies.
* Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
o Contribute to project design, governance arrangements and operational integration.
o Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
o Research and review projects in specific operational or technical areas including Cyber Security.
o Prepare and review written material including business cases, plans, reports and executive briefs.
o Undertake budget management and oversee procurement and contract management.
o Identify, assess, manage, elevate, report and monitor project risks, issues and benefits.
Essential Criteria:
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in an ICT or Cyber Security role.
* Demonstrated experience and ability to run multiple projects in tight timeframes.
* Experience liaising with managed service providers, department staff, third-party vendors and relevant business areas.
