Your key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with the setting of priorities based on changing business requirements

* Coordinating contractors, such as repair technicians, cleaning, and security teams, to coordinate activities under their scope of work

* Working with production engineers on concept, design, support, and maintenance of current and new machinery and equipment

* Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and overseeing project management of capital installations

* Identifying critical machine spares of existing machinery and developing parts plans to minimize downtime

* Working closely with purchasing and administration team members to ensure documentation is captured for storage in databases

* Engaging in completing all site audits, including internal audits, and implementing any identified corrective actions in a timely manner

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is a clear communicator and an effective team player that can manage and prioritize multiple projects.

While there are technical elements to this role that you will need proven experience in, it's not all that we're looking for.

We want people who:

* Have an uncompromising safety-first and zero-harm attitude

* Have true leadership potential and are hungry to achieve goals

* Are honest and hold themselves accountable

* Always look for how to turn good into great by doing more

* Are experienced in managing a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment

* Understand hazard/risk management principles and relevant legislation

* Be prepared to work hands-on alongside the maintenance team on projects

* Have a trade background and an engineering qualification or relevant comparable experience

In Return

We offer a global company with a diverse range of opportunities both locally and abroad, with an ongoing training program.

We take great pride in the efforts of our team members who create a supportive team environment and make us such a great place to work.

If you are looking to unlock your full potential and make an impact on the future of our organization, this is the role for you.

This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time position.

We encourage you to apply now if you are looking to unlock that next step in your career in a company that thrives on innovation and design.
