Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
* Drive store performance through effective management and hands-on leadership
* Train, mentor, and develop team members
* Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
* Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
* 2+ years of sales experience (Required)
* 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
* Language English (Required)
* Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
* Ability to work retail hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9 AM–8 PM
Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change)
