Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to guide a small HR team and oversee end-to-end HR operations across a group of for-purpose and commercial entities.
About the Role The HR function works across multiple locations and business units to drive a positive, engaged and capable workforce.
It delivers HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals and supports leaders and staff through the full spectrum of HR and WHS services.

You will have: Proven experience in HR leadership roles Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices Experience managing performance, ER/IR, recruitment and capability development Strategic thinking with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline and/or relevant experience About Our Client Our client operates a respected and impactful group of for-purpose and commercial entities delivering services across health advocacy and policy, professional member support, publishing, and health and wellbeing programs.
