Key Responsibilities 
Hardware Support: 
Provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware issues, and ensure all 
IT-related problems 
are resolved promptly either onsite or within the office. 
Software Updates: 
Assist in keeping software and operating systems up-to-date, ensuring security patches and updates are applied as necessary either onsite or within the office. 
Inventory Management: 
Maintain an inventory of 
IT assets 
, track hardware and software licenses, and coordinate equipment procurement. 
Documentation: 
Create and update technical documentation, including manuals and guides for users. 
User Training: 
Conduct user training sessions on basic 
IT tools 
and procedures either onsite or within the office. 
Solutions Consulting: 
Provide technical solutions to our clients.
