The Housing Response Centre (HRC) is a 24/7 operation of approx. 550 staff. The centre delivers NSW clients access to responsive maintenance services and social housing services, including Link2home crisis accommodation, Social Housing applications and Rentstart Bond Loan. What You’ll Do The role provides strategic leadership across existing contact centre business functions and services, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, efficient process and service design. The role will work in partnership with contact centre leadership to develop and implement, manage and evaluate new services into the contact centre environment. The role may hold one of the following portfolios: Housing Services Operations, Maintenance Operations, and Business Support Operations.
