Become a key member of our team in Canberra as we seek an experienced Schedules Coordinator.
This is a unique opportunity to join us in a fast-paced and varied role, working across our regional broadcast markets. You will be responsible for preparing and finalizing daily television schedules for on-air broadcast, managing commercial breaks and quality-checking prior to broadcast, confirming that finalised schedules adhere to industry regulations, and operating in liaison with other departments and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and finalize daily television schedules for on-air broadcast.
* Manage the contents of commercial breaks and quality-check them prior to broadcast.
* Confirm that finalised schedules adhere to industry regulations.
* Operate in liaison with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all required data is correctly placed in daily schedules.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work to tight deadlines, and have a keen eye for detail. You should also ideally have experience in administration, retail sales or data entry, strong computer literacy and data entry skills, and a strong analytical nature.
