Internal Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically savvy individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for the branch, including serving customers at the trade counter.
* Develop and maintain product knowledge for our range of access control, security systems and CCTV surveillance.
* Conduct demonstrations for customers and provide technical insight into products to assist with the sales process.
* Assist with the returns and backorder processes.
* Support the external sales team and management.
