Organise Like a Pro: Store parts safely and methodically so everything is easy to find and in top condition.
Pack Ship with Care: Prepare orders for customers using efficient, sustainable delivery methods that minimise waste and maximise satisfaction.
Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Has a valid Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain) Full on-the-job training will be provided; however, previous experience as a Storeperson or in a spare parts environment would be advantageous Warehousing skills and/or an understanding of spare parts or ag machinery an advantage but not essential Proven ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues and management Intermediate Computer/Microsoft Office skills and ability/willingness to learn our systems Excellent customer service skills, organisational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results Who is RDO?
