Urban Restaurant & Wine Bar is a small, family owned restaurant on Darby Street focused on genuine hospitality, European-inspired food, wine, cocktails and warm service.
Role
Front of House all-rounder. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality and is passionate about food and wine.
Availability
* Wednesday to Friday dinner service
* Saturday lunch & dinner service
* Additional shifts may become available
Responsibilities
* Looking after guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
* Taking food and beverage orders
* Wine sales and recommendations
* Making cocktails and basic bar service
* Running food and drinks
* Setting and resetting tables
* General venue presentation and cleanliness
Qualifications
* Valid RSA
* Some hospitality experience preferred
* Friendly and confident with people
* Reliable and punctual
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Interest in food, wine and genuine hospitality
