Opportunity
We are seeking Site Engineers to contribute to the successful delivery of our diverse project portfolio in Education, Health, Metro, Community and Social Infrastructure across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Project & Site Management: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management, supporting on‑time completion and quality adherence.
* Design Management: Collaborate with project engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases.
* Program Preparation & Administration: Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules, supporting effective program management and delivery.
* Site‑Based Execution: Assist in quality assurance and environmental controls on‑site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress to Project Engineers.
* Health & Safety Advocacy: Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
* Relevant building and tertiary qualifications.
* Proven experience in mid to large scale building construction projects; structures through to fit‑out.
* Competent technical skills with the ability to problem‑solve, demonstrate initiative and collaborate.
* A strong commitment to advocating and promoting health and safety standards.
