Salary
From $74,400 + wine education allowance + superannuation
Role
* Create a distinctive customer experience by actively sharing your passion for wine and investing time into every customer moment.
* Produce powerful tasting events which inspire your customers to engage with and learn about our products.
* Build rapport by taking our customers on a tailored journey of discovery, centred around education on product and loyalty advantages.
* Collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales targets and KPIs, always exhibiting a continuous improvement mindset.
* Advocate for education and empower store team members with knowledge sharing and product coaching.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer‐facing role and a track record of creating memorable customer experiences.
* Knowledgeable in the world of wine, driven to continue learning and support others in their discovery.
* Imaginative storyteller with enthusiasm and authenticity in all interactions.
* Successfully completed WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry experience.
* Available to work during peak customer hours.
* Connected to the wine community and proud of representing yourself and your business at industry days and events.
