We are looking for a Senior Website Developer to join our agency at our headquarters in Hawthorn, Melbourne. This role is available immediately and if the below sounds like something you are interested in, we would love to hear from you.
Primary Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Managing a team of front end developers and liaising with internal project managers
2. Perform regular checks to ensure AA WCAG compliance for all components
3. Perform automated and manual testing on components
4. Deploy frontend code via agreed pipelines
5. Maintaining and upgrading existing websites
6. Integrating third-party systems into websites
7. Conform to documented processes
8. Work closely with other development team members in an agile process
Personal Development
1. Keep up to date with the latest web development and industry trends
2. Collaborate and knowledge share with other LT Network Developers
3. Attend specialised training workshops and courses to upskill
Key Performance Indicators
1. Successfully uphold planning and systems put in place and agreed to - timesheets and reporting
2. Meet all workplace standards and non-negotiable as detailed in this Job Role and Description
3. Ensure your emails and calls are responded to and actioned in a timely manner
4. Meet key deadlines as agreed
To be considered for this role you must:
1. 3 - 5 years experience in website development
2. Be an Australian Citizen and have the rights to work in Australia
3. Have great communication skills as you are working in teams
4. Undertake a Police Check
