This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support professional to join our team in the APAC region based at our head office in Chullora, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

* Resolve ERP related support requests. (Dynamics GP and Dynamics BC365)
* Administer system access, create, disable, and modify access.
* Support month end and year end processing, guide users on correct processes.
* Induct new ERP users, train current users to optimize system use and get consistent approach and maximize system benefits.
* Understand and support third party products and integrations connecting them.
* Troubleshoot reporting issues and help with report reconciliation.
* Assist with SQL data extracts and ad-hoc report requests.
* Run maintenance tools to ensure data integrity, system security and stability. Assist in
* ERP Upgrades to current version.
* Process improvement to improve how we do things.
* Implement and configure Workflow processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* 3-4 years functional software experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
* Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 BC experience beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
* Degree qualification in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Finance / Business
* Microsoft SQL Server skills
* Knowledge of Financial and Operations processes.
* Experience with report creation
* Strong customer focus
* Ability to train and mentor non-technical users
* Experience in a Manufacturing environment
