Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Travel to sites across Longwood & Harcourt
* Coordinate staff, contractors & materials to ensure projects targets are met
* Prepare & administer council applications & building contracts
* Supervise internal employees & monitor subcontractors to ensure safety & technical specifications are adhered to
Key Selection Criteria:
* Experience supervising construction projects
* Background overseeing & scheduling multiple trades
* Building trade / construction qualification
* Insurance building experience highly regarded, however not essential
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
* Strong relationship building skills
* Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
* Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
* Good work ethic
* Computer literacy
* Construction White Card
* Understanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations & current market rates
* Current motor vehicle licence
