Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Sydney's northern metro through Newcastle and into regional areas up to the QLD border.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals with extensive knowledge, creating an environment rich in support and learning. You will have the ability to make a direct contribution to our mission of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience within the medical or consumables space and be comfortable navigating relationships across hospital environments. They will also possess strong commercial acumen and attention to detail in managing contracts and tenders, as well as excel in negotiation skills and IT proficiency (especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems).

In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights to develop persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate the value and impact of our products and solutions on customer outcomes. Collaboration across cross-functional teams will be essential to executing our strategy and ensuring customer success.


Key Responsibilities:

* Undertake optimal territory planning to maximize business outcomes
* Leverage technology (CRM, Power BI) for data-driven decision-making in prospecting
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
* Create compelling presentations and proposals for customers
* Negotiate contracts and work closely with our Commercial Excellence team
* Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and metrics tracking
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer opportunities


Requirements:

* A proven track record of sales success within the medical or consumables space
* At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail in managing contracts and tenders
* Excellent negotiation skills and IT proficiency (especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
* Able to build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders
* Leadership qualities and a growth mindset that drive success
* Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English
* A current Driver's Licence and access to a car
