Job Title: Equipment Service Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Equipment Service Coordinator to join our team based in Mackay. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and leadership to our field service technicians for the Greater Mackay region.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure efficient utilisation of equipment and resources in line with customer requirements
* To mentor, guide and support the team to improve performance and efficiencies
* To supervise the time sheet accuracy and sub-contract documentation to enable prompt job costing
* To provide timely and accurate quotations for field service activities
* To maintain strong communication with customers and resolve issues proactively
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position with exceptional communication and customer service skills. They will be able to navigate complex issues, manage their time efficiently and demonstrate a Safety First leadership style.
A strong understanding of earthmoving equipment or relevant trade qualifications is essential, along with previous OEM experience being highly advantageous.
