Kitsch Bar Asia is seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our flagship restaurant in Leederville, Western Australia. As a full‐time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

What you'll be doing
* Managing and mentoring a team of passionate chefs and kitchen staff
* Developing innovative seasonal menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal produce
* Maintaining strict quality control and food safety standards in the kitchen
* Monitoring and managing kitchen budgets and inventory
* Collaborating with the management team to drive the overall success of the restaurant
* Fostering a positive, collaborative, and high‐performing kitchen culture
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent senior culinary role
* Strong working knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
* Excellent time management, multitasking, and leadership skills
* Passion for using fresh, locally‐sourced ingredients and creating memorable dining experiences
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the management team and customers
* Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications in food safety and hygiene
