* We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team.

* This role will involve designing, implementing, and administering security solutions to protect our organization's assets.

* You will be responsible for investigating and resolving security incidents and events, as well as providing security/architecture expertise to other areas of the business.

* This is a salaried, full-time position that requires a strong background in cybersecurity operations and architecture.

* The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in cyber security operations, a tertiary qualification in Cyber Security or a related field, and industry relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GSEC or CompTIA Security+.
">
* A demonstrable understanding of information security controls and technology, as well as experience of working with an ISO27001 ISMS or NIST, is also highly desirable.

* Key Responsibilities:
">
* ">
o Implement cyber security controls as part of projects and initiatives
">
o Implement, configure, and monitor security tools such as SIEM or EDR solutions
">
o Vulnerability management and threat intelligence
">
o Conduct security and risk assessments in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
">
o Provide security/architecture expertise, direction, and assistance to other areas of the business
">
o Assist the Security Architect in designing reliable, powerful and flexible security architectures for IT projects
">
o Help maintain security policies and procedures
">
o Monitor, log, respond and investigate security incidents and events and provide input into post event analysis
">
o Training and promotion of security awareness, including newsletters and advisories
">
o Creation of security reports for management
">
o Develop and update security documentation including architecture designs and test plans
">
">
* Requirements:
">
">
o Tertiary qualification in Cyber Security, IT or Engineering (electronics/computer/communication/networking)
">
o Industry relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GSEC or CompTIA Security+
">
o Demonstrable understanding of information security controls and technology
">
o Experience of working with an ISO27001 ISMS or NIST
">
o Significant experience in using and implementing cloud platforms (Azure in particular)
">
o Strong knowledge of Windows operating environment and service architecture
">
