Autoleague are looking for an Administration Officer to join the team at our Wanneroo Mitsubishi & Isuzu UTE dealership.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for new and pre‐owned vehicles for the dealership. This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.
The Role:
* Process and reconcile creditor invoices efficiently.
* Handle deal processing for both new and used vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Complete vehicle licensing and deal costings.
* Cross‐train as part of a professional administration team / assist other team members.
* Maintain filing system ensuring all paperwork is filed.
* Assist the Receptionist as required, including covering breaks, answering the phone, directing calls via the switchboard and taking messages.

* Be punctual, reliable, adaptable & flexible.
* Previous admin experience in a dealership environment is desirable but not essential.
