Job Overview
This is a full-time role focused on maintaining and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, and other heavy plant machinery/equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular maintenance, such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication of equipment and parts.
* Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other components of vehicles and heavy plant machinery/equipment.
* Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a qualified diesel mechanic.
* Relevant certification in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Mobile Plant Technology.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
