GPC Asia Pacific is currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer on a full time basis, to compliment our talented team in our Rowville Support Office.
What You Will Be Doing:
Customer Service
4. Make and receive phone calls from customers and our store network
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve queries
6. Process journals to resolve banking/receipting issues
7. Provide genuine, friendly, prompt service
Debt collection / credit control
8. Contact customers/stores and investigate reasons for late payments and payment options
9. Negotiate a payment plan for customers
10. Place accounts on stop credit as required
11. Check and investigate disputes or discrepancies with customer accounts
Account Maintenance
12. Account maintenance and set up
13. Set Credit limits for customers
14. Ensure appropriate security processes
Reconciliations and Receipting
15. Ensure all Key Accounts are reconciled
16. Reporting as required
17. Administration
About You
18. Customer service experience
19. Looking to kick start your professional career, or an experienced person wanting to join a stable, progressive company
20. Be available for a full time
21. Be willing to work a rotating roster, Mon-Fri 8am and 10am starts
22. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships
23. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
24. Intermediate mathematical and literacy skills
25. Intermediate computer skills, and confidence with excel
