**You will be required to;**
- Streamline our service and compliant related processes
- Review and develop policies, programs and procedures related to customer service
- Deliver training & communication with customer service staff
- Recruit, manage, motivate, mentor and develop customer service staff while nurturing an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Coordinate and handle the acceptance and supervision of relevant complaints and after-sales services
- Take ownership of customers issues, customize customer satisfaction plans, and follow through to a resolution
- Generate management and regulator reports for complaint trends and service movement
- Improve customer service experiences, create engaged customers
- Maintain close customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Assist the customer service-related initiatives, projects and campaigns, like customer surveys and mystery shopper's
