About the Role
We are seeking a Production Process Operator who prides themselves on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our fast-paced production team in Ormeau. Our team generally works a 4-day (Mon>Thu) 38hr full-time, condensed working week.
In this hands-on role, you'll support day-to-day production operations by:
* Packing product/powder accurately as per packing sheets
* Labelling, sleeving, sealing, and palletising finished goods
* Performing end-of-day cleaning and sanitation
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Supporting the warehouse team when required
* Upholding WH&S, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
What you'll be doing
* Following all company policies, procedures, and work instructions
* Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks, including relevant documentation
* Reporting any non-conformities to Quality Control
* Observing and adhering to work health and safety requirements
* Reporting hazards and incidents immediately
What you'll bring
* Able to manage time well and organise tasks
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
* Use initiative to solve problems and maintain quality standards
* Positive, reliable, and works well as part of a team
* Physically able to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks
* Follows WHS procedures and uses PPE correctly
* Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
* Reliable transport for work
