About the Role
We are seeking a Production Process Operator who prides themselves on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our fast-paced production team in Ormeau.
In this hands-on role, you'll support day-to-day production operations by:
* Packing product/powder accurately as per packing sheets
* Labelling, sleeving, sealing, and palletising finished goods
* Performing end-of-day cleaning and sanitation
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Supporting the warehouse team when required
* Upholding WH&S, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
What you'll be doing
* Following process instructions and procedures
* Ensuring accuracy and completeness of your work
* Reporting any non-conformities to Quality Control
* Completing all paperwork accurately and on time
* Observing and adhering to safe work instructions
* Reporting hazards and incidents immediately
* Following company polices and procedures
What you'll bring
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality
* Positive attitude, teamwork mindset & reliable work ethic
* Able to repetitively and safely perform manual handling tasks
* Commitment to WH&S procedures, including PPE requirements
* Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (desirable)
* Reliable transport to attend work
