Your new roleThis position is required to support the clients Usability Improvement project.This includes the review and analysis of user requirements and user stories. Develop operational specifications for software solutions. Development and coding application improvements and enhancements. Testing of products, enhancements and improvements. iterate coding and testing until the product meets specifications. Deployment of solutions, post-deployment and warranty support. In this role you will,Lead and role model high standards of performance, accountability, collaboration, ethics, and integrity; manage the allocated resources, budgets, contribute to business and project planning and reporting; and demonstrate a strong commitment to a positive culture and the development of staff.Support team to assess enhancement requests, understand time and resource costs, tasks and skills required, and project planning.Support team to identify enterprise needs; design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications and APIs using modern development frameworks and tools, based on business requirements.Implement best practices for security, scalability, performance, and reliability in mobile app development and API integration.Create and maintain technical documentation, including but not limited to - defining and design, service level agreements, interface agreements, quick reference guides, and data registries.Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Providing second and third level IT support, problem troubleshooting, and change support as they relate to the data engineering platform and data products.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the mobile app and API development domains and other IT applications.Take a problem-solving approach to work, utilising new powers and tools with a commitment to continuous improvement. What you'll need to succeedDemonstrated experience in mobile apps and APIs development with iOS and Android.Demonstrated experience in application analysis, design, development, test, deployment, configuration, and operational support. Demonstrated experience in full stack web app development, front-end languages and frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS, Javascript. And front-end packages such as MUI, Bootstrap.Demonstrated experience in Back-end languages, framework and packages Demonstrated experience in relational DBMS technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.Demonstrated experience in Azure Cloud Services.Demonstrated experience in ETL Pipeline development and integration with spatial application (ie ArcGIS services)Demonstrated experience in application analysis, design, development and deployment using two or more of the following technologies: Java, ServiceNow, Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform, Azure DevOps, BizTalk, StreamSets, SSIS, SSRS and PL/T SQL, HYDSTRA, DHI software products, CRM and ERP. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide high-quality technical expertise and advice and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills with the ability to consult and influence decision-making to achieve project objectivesA proven record of achievement in a similar role which contributes to organisational excellence, high standards of performance and a positive organisational culture.Demonstrated focus on accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence, and transparency.
