About The Role
You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of end-to-end generalist HR services including recruitment, training and development, and staff induction functions to meet Council's ongoing People and Culture responsibilities.
About You
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (e.g., Human Resources Management, Learning and Development or Business)
Previous work experience in a similar role in either the public or private sector
Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgment in resolving problems
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and set priorities to meet key deadlines

Salary Range
Up to $101K per annum (including 12% super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
